You’re invited into a transformative breathwork session designed to help you release scarcity, expand your capacity to receive, and reconnect with the abundance & deservingness that already exists within you.
Led by Bridgette, a certified Breathwork & Somatic Facilitator.
This immersive two-hour journey combines somatic practices, conscious connected breathwork, guided meditation and intentional integration to support deep emotional release and nervous system regulation.
Through breath and embodied awareness, you'll be invited to let go of limiting beliefs, dissolve energetic blocks, and open yourself to greater flow, trust, joy, and possibility.
